How Shiftsupport works:

From placing a shift,  to completion in
 real time

Minute one

Shift gets posted

A retailer notices the rush or gets the call that someone won't make it. They post the shift on ShiftSupport right then.

Minute five

Workers sees it

Available workers in the area get the notification and see exactly what the shift needs. They apply if it works for them.

Minute ten

Shift gets filled

The retailer picks a worker and confirms the shift. They agree when, where and time. Both sides know exactly what's happening and when it starts.

Later that day

Work gets done

The worker shows up and does the job. When the shift ends, the retailer leaves a review confirms the worked hours of the worker to shiftsupport.
